My writing is quite different than other works I've read. It is me bearing my heart and soul leaving nothing out. I'm an open book to an extent that is. I write what I'm feeling how I'm feeling at a given moment. It is in testimony and poetry format, and in ways of my spirituality without being preachy.

Follow You’re Own Journey
You're on a journey, but are you truly living through it and doing what's best for you, not what other's want you to do. We have limits and we certainly have breaking points
Life Adventures Are Worth Taking
I could have easily given in to keep myself from taking any sort of trip to a new park or hiking trail. I listened to what my body was telling me what to do rather than always listening with my ears to outside influences. Thoughts have a way to really get in my way at times especially with anyone around me. I absorb like a sponge. Do you? For instance, for quite a while I was doing what everyone told me what "I had to do" with my life. "Oh, I see, so I can't live my life what doesn't suit you. Is that it?"
Living With Mental Health During A Pandemic
What's next? I began thinking how everyone else through the pandemic are handling their mental health. How are they dealing? What's getting in their way to cope? Are they feeling the pressures of reality? Of course they are. People are loosing their jobs, or getting less and less hours, even working from home. Transitioning through a pandemic, not able to see their families, able to even have any form of event and so on.
